TIGHT FIT - The head band is tight against the top of the head and the muffs do not come down far enough. They are probably fine if your head is not very big.
Good for the price - Baught these for use at the shooting range. Fire 9mm, AK-47 and AR-15. Does an adequate job with noise reduction even when wearing glasses. They squeeze just a bit too much on my head and the ear cups are a bit too small for my ears as my ears don t fit all the way into the cups. These are the only pair of muffs ive tried. I like that they fold up small to carry in range bag. For the price i like them but will try a different pair later to compare.
Very poor noise reduction - Good: super cute, small, lightBad: does not serve its main purpose, noise reduction maximum by 20%. NRR34 should be a mistake.
Good ear protection - These are good ear muffs, they are snug and keep the noise out.The only thing that i m not happy about is these muffs will make you sweat on hot days, other than that i recommend this product!
Better than expected - The PM5010 ear muffs are surprisingly good. I compared them to a pair of 29db ear muffs. They are definitely quieter but it is hard to tell how much quieter. These ear muffs press more firmly to your ears but are still quite comfortable. The ear muffs I compared them to are: Peltor Professional Noise Canceling Earmuff #H10AThe PM5010 ear muffs are quite a bit smaller than the 29db pair and cost 1/2 as much. The nice thing about the PM5010 ear muffs is that they are lower profile and won t get in the way when you are shooting a rifle. The larger ear muffs will press against the stock of the gun and sometimes keep you from lining up properly on the sites. The PM5010 are the perfect ear muffs for any gun enthusiast. They even take less space in your range bag.
